Game Thread Gator Bowl: tOSU vs. Florida, Mon. Jan 2, 1 ET, ESPN2

Dissapointing performance today on both ends. Defense continued to miss tackles and overpursue a lot of plays, eventhough they didn't give up a whole lot of yards or points.

Special teams was awful.

Offensively not creative and once they got behind Florida only had to defend one thing.

Get moving on to 2012.

QUICKLY.

I'll take only giving up 10 pts any game and every game...

It was the special teams that lost this game today, along with an inept Offense.

Yeah well get back to me when any of the halftime deficits turn into a victory, as much as I want our Bucks to pull this one out as long as we have to kickoff after a score we are going to have a long struggle to get on the good side of the scoreboard.

Well at least Sparty got one back for The BIG, I would gladly have eaten a lot of crow to have all of the Big Ten come back in second half, especially our Bucks but even if Wisky wins it was a pretty dismal bowl season.

I would most days too, however there were a couple of times they could have gotten off the field by breaking down and making some tackles and they didn't get it done either.

He also mentioned a lot of punches being thrown from the Gators. Quite a few were obvious just from watching on TV - of course, none were called as penalties.

Sabino played a very good game today. He had a couple monster hits in there, one saved a touchdown.

If that hit doesn't get the Jack Tatum award, nothing does.
