Game Thread Game One: Ohio State 38, Youngstown St. 6 (final)

A little EDSBS humor with my O-H

The only possible scenario for a real thirty to forty point assbranding here would be Tressel, enraged by his team?s embarrassment at the hands of Florida, to come out in a black sweatervest and goatee and destroy his former employer, thus demonstrating a true barbarian loves not friends, but only the sword and the swift and inescapable talons of sweet death. This is unlikely, but would make our Saturday.

For those who have nothing better to do...

HERE

is the CFN preview for this game.
Why to Watch: OSU head coach Jim Tressel gets to face the program he helped make into a national powerhouse, and while the Buckeyes should be able to show up and win without breaking too much of a sweat, Youngstown State is one of the better FCS (that's D-IAA to you and me) teams, ranked as high as fifth in the nation to start the year. Of course, all eyes are going to be on a Buckeye team that's still woozy from getting run over in Glendale. Call this the first step back on the road to what should be another tremendous season.

I've seen this before. What does FCS stand for? And what is Div-IA, then? I think I've seen FBS. What's that?

Quick question, and it's a little OT...I've never tried to bring a camera to the Shoe but I want to on Saturday. As long as it's just a normal digital camera and not one with a big separate lens I'll be okay, correct?

I took my normal-sized digital camera (about 3"x5") into The Game last November with no problem. As long as you have no Hubble Telescope zoom lens cameras, you're fine...

I took a 70-200 zoom lens + camera into the stadium with no problem. I'd imagine that's about as big as anyone is going to bring into the stadium, without a press pass.

I've taken a camera before on several occasions, and I will again on Saturday. I think only point & shoots are allowed.

Cool, thanks. I just got a new digital camera and wanted to try it.
