This season has just been non-stop awesome. I'm a little over halfway through the first book, and now my wife and I have started to re-watch season 1 to see all of the little (and big) things that we missed. We're amazed at how closely the show follows the book, but also very happy that we didn't try to let the show give us the entire story.

BUCKYLE;2155192; said:Yeah, that was obvious. They purposely stayed away from the farm so the family wouldn't be tortured. Dude finds one walnut and they show two charred bodies.

I was starting to get bored with John Snow's story until the twist there at the end. Ygrette was getting pretty annoying and I'm not a fan of her face, and since that's all you can see under the massive pelt I was hoping they'd move on. Now I'm more interested in seeing how that turns out.
I'd be surprised if Arya isn't found out soon enough, or something along those lines.
BUCKYLE;2157817; said:Read somewhere the entire next episode will be the battle of Kings Landing (or whatever the battle will be named), with Stannis coming on shore. I can't. [censored]ing. Wait.
Smudger;2157832; said:That would be effing awesome as we have yet to see a major battle scene. There have been a few individual battles and minor skirmishes yes, but the biggest confrontation to date has to be when the hills tribes attacked Lady Stark's entourage taking Tyrion to the Eyrie in season one if I'm correct ?
About time we get some action....SER DAVOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
