G/F Evan "The Villain" Turner (2010 Naismith Winner)

Yeah right now the wound is fresh and he wants to avenge that but as thew days go by for most people the pain fades and the dollar signs start moving that percentage in the other direction. But realistically he should go I don't see him getting better money by staying and he is better off working on his turnovers and the rest of his game against better competition.

If I was in his situation, there is no way I'd leave before my 4 years were up, but, I'm not in his situation. That being said, does anyone have his email address so we can all email him to try to convince him to come back? Anyone? Sounds like a great idea to me...

That is the worst idea ive heard in a long time. He has nothing to gain by coming back he will either be the first or second pick in the draft. He has been here for 3 years.
Only selfish reasons as a fan would want him to come back. Ohio State will some how move on without him.
Good luck with the T-Wolves or Nets

Listen up Evan - you graduated in 3 years and it is time to take care of yourself and your family.

That's admirable of you to say. But I think he should do what he wants to do... Whatever that is, everyone will be fine with. If he wants to come back, I wouldn't say no...

He has earned the right and respect to make whatever decision he wants and for all Ohio State fans to be perfectly okay with it.

Dude, go to the NBA. You're ready and you're going to get paid. By staying for your junior year, you already set an example that you can still improve your draft position by staying another year even if you're already a projected first-round pick.

We all love the Villain and we'll miss him, but damn, this is a no-brainer.

Is it selfish to want him to come back because that's what he wants????

I want him to do whatever he wants to do...but these people saying it's time to leave are more out the door than Evan is... he loves it here and staying might really be what he wants to do. He's said as much all year.

Thank you for the memories Evan and good luck at the next level.

If he wants to stay, I'm sure no one here would be upset about it.

Exactly where and when did I make his decision? I offered an opinion. He will make his own decision. Are you the posting gatekeeper?

Thank you and goodbye isn't an opinion. Obviously he'll make his own decision but you don't seem to act like there's any decision to be made for him.

and no are you the decision making gatekeeper?? Should Turner ask you if it's ok for him to come back next season??

Can we either show appreciation or bicker elsewhere? Please?

Who knows what he'll decide. I expect that he'll make the decision that he feels is best. Whatever it is I'll root for him as I root for all Buckeyes.

Much success to you, Evan!!
