@Buckeye513 must be sick of winning Serie A & embarrassing the country by continually choking in the Champions League.

ESPN reaches deal with FOX to broadcast Champions League games on ESPN3 and ESPN Deportes.

With the two companies working together for some things, they'll probably go-in together again to try to get the EPL rights back from NBC after next season (2015-16). They bid together last time (when NBC won). I rather like NBC's coverage and hope the network retains the rights (after 2015-16).

I too hope NBC retains the rights to the EPL. They have the best broadcast package going for any league in any sport at the moment.

I love what ESPN did with the World Cup. I love what NBC has going with all of their soccer coverage, particularly EPL.

I don't want Fox involved in any of this, based on past experiences. Oh well.

NBC's coverage is perfect in that it's aimed at people who like soccer without being too esoteric. Fox's is aimed at lost NFL fans who probably have truck nuts. ESPN's is a weird hybrid.

I thank Fox for giving me FSW/FSC in the dark days, but they need to fuck off now.

I respect Gus Johnson because he respects the sport, the fans and wanted to do it right. He gave it a shot and it didn't work. FOX has a lot of catching up to do to match the quality of ESPN and NBC's soccer broadcasts. I hope they get there because we're gonna be stuck with them for a while.

With everything that's going on with Johnson, it was the right move. I absolutely enjoy him calling football games. Wasn't a huge fan of him calling soccer matches. Definitely isn't the worst. See Dwight Burgess.

Yup, glad to see him graciously bow out before he was too far in it- for himself and the fans.

FOX needs so more much professionalism across the board when presenting sports, especially the events they are set to broadcast in the near future.

I literally have zero faith in that happening, which is a shame.
