Not sure what the law is where you're at, but here the chances of a minority getting jailed for hitting a white person (as in this case) in retaliation for a racial slur in slim to none.

On the other hand, where FSU and the TPD are involved, I suppose it is possible that the TPD redact their redactions -- you know, to make sure the alleged female victim is identified while obfuscating any hints or association that the assailant is a FSU football player.

This was no back up QB though, it's their leading rusher.

jimbo's first question is whether or not it's on tape somehow. if that bar didn't have surveillance cameras, his backup qb would still be on the team. dalvin cook might have been smart enough to not smack around some girl while any sort of camera was recording, so he'll be fine. it shows ol jimbo determines each case based on its own fact pattern.
