Wyomissing (Pa.) Area linebacker Alex Anzalone has made visits over the last three weekends, and all three programs sit high atop his favorites.

Though the ESPNU 150 Watch List prospect does not have a leaderboard or an order to his favorites, Florida, Notre Dame and Ohio State are all in great position for the 6-foot-3, 225-pound linebacker.

Anzalone?s most recent visit went to Ohio State this weekend. It was his second visit to Columbus following a February visit for the Buckeyes? junior day. This trip to Ohio State was a much more in-depth look than the one he received more than a month ago. Anzalone had a chance to watch from the sideline as the Buckeyes practiced in pads for the first time this spring.

Just spoke to LB Alex Anzalone who had good time on trip to Cali schools...said #OSU #Florida #Stanford #USC and #PennState as leaders

Anzalone will be at #PennState on Saturday and may be at #OSU for Spring Game 4/21...said has info to make decision just needs to be sure

His Dad is a Florida grad, and he grew up rooting for Florida too, IIRC. I had completely forgotten about them as a major player here.

That's too bad, Anzalone is far and away my favorite linebacker that we're recruiting.

If Jaylon Smith commits to the Bucks, then my concerns at linebacker will be answered.

Gonna be a tough pull from Notre Dame, imo.

Pretty big news for the Buckeyes that he postponed that Florida trip. I think we're definitely still in the mix......would love to get mom in town for that Spring Game.
