Credit card fraud is a federal offense. But according to ESPiN, it isn't that. They used Gator ID to buy books from nonexisting funds and sell them for cash. I assume it's kinda like the buck id transaction. However, buckID gets declined when there isn't enough funds in the account. Guess Gator ID doesn't have something similar, which is foolish. Apparently, they will have to return the funds or the books.
