The ol' limp dick defense.Florida WR Antonio Callaway cleared of sexual assault in Title IX hearing
Schickel also wrote that his impression was that Callaway was "honest, sincere, and presented himself well."
According to the ruling, Callaway testified that he was "high on marijuana" during the encounter, and stated that he was "so stoned I had no interest in having sex with anyone."

Your penis collected street signs? What!? A friend of mine could have got away with so much in college if I...I mean he knew about this defense.
EDIT: To clarify, I missed the word "sex" the first time. Not condoning rape/sexual assault. "My friend" had a thing for borrowing street signs back in the day.

Credit card fraud is supposed to be to blame
Credit card fraud is a federal offense. But according to ESPiN, it isn't that. They used Gator ID to buy books from nonexisting funds and sell them for cash. I assume it's kinda like the buck id transaction. However, buckID gets declined when there isn't enough funds in the account. Guess Gator ID doesn't have something similar, which is foolish. Apparently, they will have to return the funds or the books.credit card fraud? is that even illegal in the sec?
