First step is decent, 10 yard burst looks pretty good, but his 40 is 4.92 laser and he's only 6'2, 221. He doesn't look overly long but plays with a nasty edge. It's hard to project where he'll end up because he doesn't appear to have the athleticism we look for in an OLB, and I'm not sure his frame would support much more than 240-250 as a DE. With where we're at with Parsons, I've got my doubts this is an OFFER. The way I see it, this guy could end up bringing something similar to what Thad Gibson brought on the field, but you have to pass on those type of players when you've got Bosa-caliber guys lining up to join the program.

All that said, as a football player, I love what he brings to the table. His effort and willingness to do whatever it takes to make a play makes him easy to pull for. Interested to see how this one shakes out.

Yeah, unless this is a Parris Campbell situation where he's only like 14 right now, it doesn't seem possible for him to grow enough to be a DT.

Congrats and welcome to the buckeye family! As I meantioned earlier today - while he may not necessarily be an elite athlete at DE, he's a tenacious player who is fun to watch. Excited to see the player he becomes.

With the way this staff is recruiting it's definitely a "trust the coaches" deal to me. There is no chance they are taking a reach right now IMO.

And I also wonder if it says anything about the Ohio D Lineman on the board.
