Seriously, The LA Times can go fornicate itsself with a saguaro cactus. We can't all be so lucky as the Pac-10 with it's three (four as of 2009) bowl tie ins against the MWC or WAC, vs our one with the MAC. Hell, even the Big East only has 2, and they barely qualify as a Big Six conference. LA needs to just STFU and write about celebrity gossip. So for the record OSU 7 Bowls 6 BCS opponents tied in, Pac-10 7 now, 8 in 2009 3/4 out of 8 against MWC or WAC.TS10HTW;1365581; said:Fuck the LA Times

Texas Longhorns know Ohio State Buckeyes have more than a lone star at QB

Phoenix- Texas defensive end Brian Orakpo sounds ready if Ohio State does put quarterbacks Terrelle Pryor and Todd Boeckman on the field together in the Fiesta Bowl and Pryor winds up doing something other than throwing the ball.
"If he wants to catch the ball on a slant, here we come," Orakpo said with a smile after arriving in Arizona on Monday afternoon. "That's the name of the game. We'll see."
The winner of the Nagurski and Lombardi awards said the Longhorns prepared in bowl practice for both OSU quarterbacks to play individually on Monday, even though Boeckman didn't complete a pass for six games before the Michigan finale.

There's always the chance Boeckman's potential role in the offense is just talk. A year ago, there was chatter that backup quarterback Antonio Henton would play some role supplementing Boeckman, and Henton didn't get off the sideline in the BCS National Championship loss to LSU.

East Texas Horn;1366279; said:Anyone know the announcers for this game? After covering the first two tOSU - Texas games, Brent Musberger would have a field day with the "This will be the tiebreaker all the Nation wanted to see ", and another 3 1/2 hrs of the Colt and Shipley roomate comments that have provided much fodder for opposing teams message boards.
