Favorite Place to get a Burger?

If you are ever in Charleston, SC, go to the bar at Husk and order the burger. I was there for work for a week, and of all the great places to eat there, this one was so nice, I had to have it twice. I had Five Guys recently at a new location next to my office building, and it is really good, but if I have to buy my burgers and sides separately I think Shula Burger just down the road wins the battle. More burger that is just as good (maybe better) at roughly the same price at the end. However, I hear the Double Cheddar Burger at Boathouse (a themed Gibson's basically) is amazing, and after the filet sliders I had there last night before Star Wars, I really want to try that burger (best cuts of meat I've ever had, hands down, they were a good size for a filet sliders).

MililaniBuckeye, Have you ever tried this place in Kauai (Kapaa and Hanalei)? I did eat at a Bubba's in Honolulu a 5 or 6 years years ago; however I don't see that location on their website.

Hope you like it. Most of the Five Guys I've been to in the past year were like mausoleums; their business appears to have dropped completely off the table. I wouldn't be buying any of their stock.

This is very against my spirit, but I have to say Five Guys is constantly good. It is a chain, so as @MaxBuck said results may vary.

Man, it's not that good. It's just above fine.

Steak Shack was good in the NE, obviously Thurman in Columbus.

TMI time: every few years I randomly don't eat red meat for a year or so. It just isn't always my thing, except lamb if I am cooking vindaloo.

So anyway, until you go a year without eating red meat and then munch down a bunch of ground beef, you don't know what the true meaning of "digestive pain" is. . .
