River City Ransom was awesome. My brother and I used to play baseball in that game by throwing rocks at each other and hitting them with a pipe.

Here are a few more of my fav video games from the 80's:
1. Skate or Die- I was never a big skater but that game kicked some serious ass.
2. Double Dribble-One of the best basketball games ever made for the NES.
3. California Games- kind of like skate or die but everything involved the beach.
4. Dig Dug -for the Atari, game absolutely rocked
5. Donkey Kong- for the Atari
6. T & C surf shop-for NES. One of the better surfing games made for the NES.
7. Frogger- arcade version

Pounding out aggression, turns into obsession
I remember back in the 80's, I hid a strip poker game for my parents' Apple 2+. I don't know (or care) what it was called, but that game got me through some tough times....
It definitely deserves to be on MY list of top video games of the 80s.
