I loved anything by Sierra in the 80s, especially the Kings Quest, Space Quest, Police Quest series: I recall racking up a $50+ phone bill one month calling the automated Sierra help-line for Police Quest 2 tips. That game in particular, you had to do so many things in the EXACT right sequence.

I personally played Ms. Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Tempest, Joust and Galaga the most, and a lot of pinball (Black Knight!) but how have we all forgotten Tapper?

Played the hell out of Tempest. I was untouchable on the standup game, but sucked on a table top machine. Seemed to have trouble with the smaller trackball.

I loved vector graphic games (actually asked for a Vectrex in 1982 over an Atari 2600).

Dad was in a bowling league when I was a child. If they played at Tiki, I played Burger Time and Marble Madness for two hours. If they played at Lincoln Lanes, I played Tempest and Star Wars.

I preferred Lincoln Lanes.
