Glad I found the FB thread...I have a friend who I wasn't sure who he was but he always posted great Ohio State football stuff. Turns out, I'm pretty sure he is my best friend in the Late Night Drunk Thread (I found this out about a month ago). The beard confirmed my suspicion :biggrin:

I'm either going to drop all of my "friends" from high school (most of whom I haven't seen in 20+ years) or quit Facebook altogether. All they have to offer are:

country music videos
bible quotes
pictures of their children/grandchildren

They're boring me to tears, and the "girls" I remember are mostly fat as hell now.

I dumped facebook a month or so ago and am so glad I did.

I had that same shit happening, so I simply made a custom list of the folks who posts I don't mind seeing (mostly my triathete friends) and that's what I have as my main feed. Now I don't see all that Farmville (yep, some folks still play that shit) requests, invites to lunches, political posts, and prayer requests for sick friends.

I've been wondering whether I should post these for awhile now, but these are too good not to share. These are posts from someone I went to high school with He's not trying to be cute or clever and there's no way these are typos. This is truly how he writes and spells. I love where I grew up, but I'm so glad I got the hell out of there.

I couldn't agree more ^^^ I really don't have an update my status (who cares anyway) unless ppl want everybody to know their business.
I like to play Poker and I block all the Farmville bull crap games. I like to keep in touch with family that live in Cali and overseas in Germany.
