It's not publicly available for opt-in yet, but there are ways to enable it by logging into the developer site. Tutorials abound.

Researching the Magic!
As a "developer" I know I should probably change it over to get used to it and see how it affects my strategy of using the new layout/system to its fullest, but I really don't feel like changing it out until I have to.
