At this stage, I'm not sure he's a matchup nighmare for any forward in the NBA. While he's certainly not a first rounder in this draft, it's possible that if he came back and led this team in scoring, while showing an improvement on the defensive end, he could possibly move into the first round in 2013. I highly doubt that he'd improve anywhere near the lottery though.

His last two shots this season were butt-ugly!!!

He'd be a terrific scorer at the next level, but he can't guard NBA players, at all. I'm not sure if his offensively ability would allow an NBA coach to overlook his defensive liability enough to give him any significant playing time.

If you're a 2nd-round pick at the next level, you can get lost pretty quickly. If you're a 1st-round pick, teams will be patient with you. His draft grade (late 1st at best) should make the decision for him. Has to come back and I think he will.

I mean that with DT's best interests in mind. I want to see him succeed at the next level and earn his keep. To do that, I think he's needs another year of seasoning to improve his draft stock - whereas Sully can only get better by moving on b/c he's peaked as a college player.

i think if sully goes thomas will go...if he had to make a decision by today i think he leaves...so by the deadline i think its pretty much 50/5o...alot of people are looking too much into his defense which is dumb because if defense mattered in the NBA then aaron craft would be the #1 pick overall...he will more then likely go late first overall but with good workouts for teams he could be a mid first round pick based soley on his ability to score and shoot...i for one hope if he leaves early the cavs can get him...i hope he stays but unless sullinger is coming back then i think he leaves
