ESPN (A bunch of Death-Spiraling maroons)

Has anyone else caught Keith Olbermann's new show on ESPN2? It's off to a good start and it's got lots of potential.

I don't want to watch ESPiN, but I usually like watching anything Keith Olbermann near the end rather than the start. It's sometimes more entertaining.

In other words, since he usually turns against his bosses, six months from now may be more entertaining.

Thanks for the advice. I'll be looking for more sage insights.
You're welcome.

If there was a Staff Member fight club, a lot of us would want to punch you, BB73.

I'm guessing you saw the recent Chris Fowler interview of Urban Meyer, where the first question was something like "Why do you think you consistently draw so many negative feelings", and the second one was some strange comment that if the college coaches were members of a group like 'fight club', many of them would want to take a swing at Urban. Even knowing how bad ESPN has been for years, I was surprised at how blatantly slanted the clip of that interview was.

Not surprising. The Big Ten is public enemy #1 in ESPN's eyes. Anyone who thought that Meyer's minor stint working for them would lead to any pulling of punches (cheap shots) was being naive. Billions of dollars on the table....Bristol Badger don't care. He just says fuck the Big Ten and pay me.

You would think that FOX Sports is "Enemy No. 1", with the way ESPiNNER's have been reacting in the past 10-12 days (to FS1).

Maybe the Big Ten and FOX could join forces in 2017 and "NWO" the mother'fer.

I thought it was just the BP Staff swinging their schwartzes around.

I don't think it was slanted at all. I thought everyone knew how broadly disliked Urban Meyer tends to be within the coaching fraternity. I think Nick Saban is similarly regarded.

People tend to hold grudges against those who have soundly kicked their asses and then not pretended to feel sorry about it.

MaxBuck is right on. People hate losing and especially hate losing to the same person multiple times or all the time. Losing breeds hate and jealousy. I still don't get ESPN and social medias hate for the B1G and especially tOSU. B1G network may piss off the shitheads at ESPiN and their billions of dollar SEC contract. But everyone else? Don't get it. I for one hope coaches continue to hate on Meyer because that means he's winning and if he's winning, Ohio State is winning. I'm all for that.:urban2::oh:

Olberman is a communist left wing nut with questionable sanity and a penchant for self-destruction - who makes me sick to see his enlarged face on my HD TV. And if you give me time, I'll tell you what I really think about him.

You guys watch him and I'll read your reports.

Go Bucks!
