ESPN (A bunch of Death-Spiraling maroons)

My friend just texted me saying "I thought Dunn didn't get charged with drug possession?"

I replied that he had not.

The confusion arose because ESPN apparently just reported that he had been charged with drug possession.

:shake:

Also said that Jordan Hall had a fractured foot. How can they be that irresponsible? Its what Ive come to expect from them but still. Charges that were dropped days ago, now being broadcast to millions of people.

C'mon Man.....

in the urban era, espn is our friend

yeah he used to work for them, and now he's using his connections there to showcase his new team to the hands and mcmillians across america, and to give ESPN a ratings boost, I'm exited

when i saw the oklahoma one last year on youtube...i thought to myself, i wish they did that for Ohio State...

i also think since there is no bowl game this year, a little distraction in the pre-season isn't as big of a deal as it would be if we were pre-season number #1 and competing for a national championship(like we will be in 2013)

Having ESPiN for a friend is like having Jerry Sandusky appointed as your guardian.

When will people learn not to trust anything Joe Schad (of ESPN) reports?

A broken clock is probably more trustworthy than Schad.

An ESPN story Monday said Mathieu "has expressed interest in sitting out this season, enrolling in classes and hoping for a return to the program in 2013 if it can be worked out with the school, according to sources."

The ESPN story also said "the possibility of reinstatement would have to be approved at many levels, including university administration as well as coach Les Miles, and is being discussed."

LSU associate athletic director Herb Vincent, who is also LSU's associate vice-chancellor, had not heard of such discussions going on as of late Monday afternoon.

"I'm not aware of any," he said.

I suppose this fits the definition of 'ESPN looking stupid'

Jesse Palmer signs multi-year extension as college football analyst

Jesse Palmer joined ESPN in 2007 and has voiced the ESPN College Football Thursday Primetime game since 2008, provided insight as ABC?s Saturday studio-analyst alongside John Saunders, and hosted his own weekly show on ESPNU with David Pollack.

Palmer has signed a multi-year contract extension to stay at ESPN and continue his role as one of the network?s leading college football analysts for games and studio shows.

Setting aside the disdain Buckeye fans are "supposed to have" relative to ESPN, the August coverage of fall camps nationwide on ESPNU has been entertaining and informative. As usual, you need to learn to ignore much of the "analysis," but there's a lot of fun stuff being broadcast this summer about college football.

I'm getting pumped for this season! GO BUCKS!
