Ed "LL" Warinner (Run Game Coordinator FAU)

Glad I don't have to see 95% of the fanbase misspell his name anymore.

I'm sad to see Weranor go. In all honesty he's the best OL coach I can remember at tOSU so Stud has a lot to live up to. He just got promoted above the job that he was best at. I think the Gophers are going to be a team to watch out for in the west in a year or two.

Wermachtor is a living example of the peter principle.

Promoted to highest level he sucks at

If they are they better step up their recruiting. Having a highly rated recruiting class does not guarantee success. But still, according to the old adage: you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

In case you never heard of it before......

The Peter principle is a concept in management theory formulated by Laurence J. Peter and published in 1969. The theory is that the selection of a candidate for a position is based on the candidate's performance in their current role, rather than on abilities relevant to the intended role. Thus, employees only stop being promoted once they can no longer perform effectively, and "managers rise to the level of their incompetence."

And if you don't believe it can happen, just looks at the Browns organization.

Meh, look who's ahead of them by 1 spot. That's who they're competing with, not the East powers. Fleck should boost their recruiting a bit but they don't need top 25 classes to win the West
