He isn't the best in front of a camera at the moment, but honestly, who gives a shit about that. His passion for Ohio State is undeniable, and I would be very happy if he signed a long-term contract after this season.

I liked how every time he talked about growing up in the shadow of the 'Shoe or some such, he looked around the room and smiled like he expects everyone to be as excited as he is.

I always thought Bollman and Heacock would leave when Tressel left. I thought it would be when Tressel's contract was up obviously, but I agree.

Yeah, I think it's kind of an interesting dynamic having him as the boss of Tressel's guys.

Of course I have to ask..who are Fickell's "own folks" at this point?
