"what if" she drinks too much water tomorrow morning during her balanced wholesome breakfast and all natural vitamin and dies of water intoxication while driving and hits a school bus full of handicapped kids and puppies? should we outlaw water to be certain such a tragedy never occurs?

in case you don't think its possible:

true story... last year, one of the local radio stations out here had a giveaway contest when the PS3 came out. something along the lines of "hold your pee for a PS3" or whatever. the person who held it the longest won the console. anyway, long story short, one of the ladies in the contest guzzled an entire gallon of distilled water, then collapsed and died.

it was the same thing with those kids who 'overdosed on Ecstasy' at C2K out here a few years back. the E didn't kill them. drinking a gallon of water did.

I have yet to finish reading all 20 pages but JeffCat people like you are why many first year teachers want to switch to another job. I can't go into a bar without people pointing and taking notice that their childs teacher is drinking. If they want to throw in an optional signing bonus of an extra 5K a year to not drink then thats one thing, but i'm not making nearly enough money to have my every move scrutinized by a bunch of parents who are at the same bar that I'm drinking. Somehow they can manage to raise their children and attend that bar, yet i'm unable to teach them for 45 minutes a day 9 months of the year.

As far as holding back her degree, she is 27 years old not 20 years old. If i'm on the shcool board and I find that picture, am I less likely to hire her? Yes. But, she doesn't deserve to be rejected of her teaching certificate.

people like you also ensure that children wash their hands 85 times a day and use their own poop for fingerpaint. face it, jeff. you're two people short of a threesome.
