Although National Signing Day was more than three weeks ago, one key member of Ohio State's 2011 recruiting class didn't officially come aboard until last week.
John F. Kennedy (Cleveland) offensive lineman Chris Carter signed a letter of intent to play for the Buckeyes on Feb. 24, increasing Ohio State's 2011 class to 24.
"I am glad to be a Buckeye," the 6-foot-6, 350-pound offensive lineman told the Columbus Dispatch.
Carter's signing was delayed because of concerns that arose from a legal situation Feb. 1. After an investigation, no charges were brought against Carter.
