Also Monday, Judge John Cleland ordered county probation officers to evaluate whether Sandusky is a sexual predator, a finding that could be a factor in his prison placement. Such orders are pro forma in sex abuse cases. Sex offenders are required to undergo treatment while in prison, so Sandusky, if deemed a predator, would likely be sent to a facility with such a program.

In other words, they are going to send him right back to Penn State.

It is my belief that child predators do not wake up one day in their 30s and start offending. It is my belief that Sandusky was offending before 1977 when this charity was formed.

Sandusky was offending his entire adult life. There is no doubt in my mind about that. Amadickola was right about one thing, no one all of a sudden becomes a pedophile in their 50's...

The first civil lawsuit since Jerry Sandusky's guilty verdict has been filed.

The suit includes three of the victims included in the child sex scandal, as well as a new alleged victim who claims Sandusky was abusing children as far back as the 1970s.

Last month, Penn State Trustees were briefed on another suit that person has filed against the university. In that suit, John Doe A. claims Sandusky had been molesting children for decades and that Penn State and the Second Mile knew its facilities were not safe.

Not gonna pretend like I made some kind of amazing analysis here. I just thought it was only a matter of time before this started coming out. Pedophiles are always pedophiles. Not just once they turn 50 or whatever. And it's only a matter of time before we find out that JoePed sold his soul long, long ago. Long before most people are talking about now...
