Disgraced Former Penn State DC Jerry Sandusky (convicted child molester)

I'm seriously preparing myself to watch this sick [censored]er walk. The whole thing has been an absolute circus/farce so far, and I don't expect it to get any better.

I'm working on that myself, but I'm not really ready to deal with it actually happening. The level of outrage & frustration at the thought of all those morons celebrating his release...I'm having a hard time not wanting something very, very bad to happen to them...like a bio-weapon virus being released in Crappy Valley, or a series of tornadoes akin to the Joplin and Birmingham-level events just flattening the whole bloody cesspool.

And, just for fun, some memorable quotes from recent articles:

...Sandusky that his bail conditions be loosened so he can have contact with his grandchildren and others.

A consummation devoutly to be wished...by Jerry.

Sandusky's lawyer, Joe Amendola, texted a reporter that the claim he's been watching school children from his deck "is a totally false statement" made by individuals who "will not be happy unless Jerry is incarcerated."

Not quite accurate, there Joe...I won't personally be happy until I receive a notarized letter from Satan himself certifying that Jerry, JoePa AND you, are all present and accounted for in HELL, duly suffering the torments they have so rightfully earned. But, for the time being, yeah, I'd settle for "incarcerated." I still like the thought of "incinerated" better.

God how I hate defense attorneys who accept scum like this for clients. To me, they are nothing better than accomplices.

Sandusky answered some questions from the judge today, but no rulings have been made yet regarding:

Can he have increased visits from his grandkids?

Will he be made to stay inside his house, since kids from the school can see him on his porch?

Will the jury consist on people from outside Centre County?

Sandusky takes stand at pretrial hearing to request local jurors

...
Defense attorney Joe Amdendola also asked that Sandusky, 68, be permitted to see his grandchildren, a request strenuously opposed by prosecutors.

"This home was not safe for children for 15 years, and it's not safe for children now," said state prosecutor Jonelle Eshbach.

Prosecutors noted that one daughter-in-law strongly objects to increased contact between her children and Sandusky.

Amendola presented the court with letters from Sandusky's children, and notes and drawings from his grandchildren, expressing their desire for increased contact. He also noted a court-appointed guardian for grandchildren who are part of a custody dispute found no reason Sandusky couldn't see them.

Outside the courthouse, Sandusky told reporters he wanted to be able to see his grandchildren -- who he said wanted to see him, too -- and old friends.

"Our home has been open for 27 years to all kinds of people," Sandusky said.

With his wife, Dottie, at his side, Sandusky said he'd associated with thousands of young people over the years, before prosecutors filed sex abuse charge against him in November.

"Now I can't take my dog on my deck and throw out biscuits to him," he said.
Prosecutors have also requested an out-of-county jury to hear Sandusky's case, given the widespread media attention and close ties many people in Centre County have to Penn State.

Cleland wanted to hear from Sandusky directly about his attorney's opposition to that request. Sandusky was sworn in and briefly took the stand to answer the judge's questions.

Sandusky acknowledged that his position on the jury question means he could not appeal a conviction on grounds the local jury was biased.

"I don't believe that would matter, relative to any place [else] in this state," he testified.

The state attorney general's office has asked for tougher bail rules, arguing that Sandusky should remain inside because neighbors and school staff have complained about his presence near the school.

Sassano testified that children had noticed him from their classroom, and that his presence was disrupting school activities.

Cont'd ...

Might as well try to add some crimes to the docket (like vehicular homicide).

Kind of an embellishment, unless the reporter & cameraman were closer than maybe six feet.

Although, this may be the same woman (Dottie Sandusky) who hid crimes for a few decades.

Not to let anyone who contributed to what happened to these kids off the hook - but screw these reporters who are nothing more than stalkers lying in wait outside folks homes.
First you remove disgraced from the thread title of a man who is disgraced, now you're feeling bad for the Sandusky's? Next thing you know disgraced will be removed from this thread title.

Well, let's see...

Jerry's fellow PedState coaches, notably including the late-in-more-than-one-sense-of-the-word (and disgraced) Joseph Paterno, had a chance to keep an eye on him, but they screwed that up.

The Administration of PedState had a chance to keep an eye on him, but they screwed that up, too.

The PedState University cops had a chance to keep an eye on him, but they also screwed it up.

A Governor, a prosecutor, at least one high school coach, his wife Dottie, his adult children, Joe's son, the janitorial staff that serviced the shower room, the board members working beside him in Second Mile, everyone from local news media insiders to the general population of Happy Valley to the other coaches of the BIG who without doubt had heard the whispered rumors, plus Mike McQueary and Franco Freaking Harris--all had a chance to keep an eye on him for decades, but they individually and collectively screwed it up long enough for the children Sandusky raped to grow to tormented adulthood.

So, yeah, it's a damn shame that those pesky reporters are disturbing the peace of poor Jerry Sandusky by standing around outside his house, keeping an eye on him.

Support for Sandusky--as a means to vindicate JoePed--is slowly starting to coalesce. By trial time, they'll be out and out rooting for him.

After seeing what a crock of crap the Grand Jury Report was, I'm thinking more and more that this whole case against him smells. The prosecution is doing their best to create a monster and they have. Who the heck is the guy going to hurt from his back porch?

I can almost buy his defense (i.e., all his accusers know one another and they have colluded regarding their accusations out of greed)

Is there a pattern; is Sandusky's repeated behavior beyond bizarre; etc....? No question about it, but can you absolutely rule out other possibilities - even remote ones? I don't think so.

There have been enough questions raised to give me pause about all of these alleged incidents. I'll wait for more facts to come to light at trial before I make up my mind.

The AG wanted go after JS-hard. The tangential casualties of this war have been Joe and PSU, and the former because of the latter.

This one is in response to a question of whether should Sandusky be allowed to see one grandchild over the objections of that kid's mother.

The daughter-in-law who cooked up an unfounded abuse claim? If she's a kook (I don't know either way), then yes.

If I don't respond to you, it's probably because you're a whiner, so I blocked you. Congrats!

There is a small list of schools that I NEVER would send my kid to (and wouldn't pay a penny for him to attend if he insisted). I never thought that I'd add a Big Ten school to that list, but this god damned place is number one with a bullet.
