Diet-Fitness-General Wellness Your Thoughts?

You can just slam BCAA's in water.
Or if you get the powder, go unflavored and just toss it in when you slam your protein.

As for protein. I found a special on dymatize elite. I went with Cinnamon bun. In my experience EAS has always been a bit on the expensive side. Un- justifiably so.
Grazie my friend... thanks for the info!

Not a problem. If you didn't want to consider taking CLA because it's another pill - cook with sunflower oil. Natural concentration that helps regulate lipids in the body.

Good luck.
btw... an old buddy of mine... and Buckeye grad runs a website dedicated to supplement price searching - I should ask him but I haven't talked to the guy in years.

Hey what's up!!! I was going through some of our site's links and saw this one. Thanks for the plug.

Trying to think of who you are -- old coworker? I moved back to Austin from SoCal last January. Might have to grab a game or two at Bikini's.

Anyway, I run PricePlow and things have been going well. Am an OSU alum (class of 05) and happy to answer any questions.

Someone mentioned protein above -- We put together a real nice protein guide that you might like.
Doubt I can make a link yet (0 posts), but it's at https://blog.priceplow.com/guides/best-protein-powder

If the question is about CLA.... meh. Research is more weak and inconclusive than anything. I'd call it far overrated - it hardly affects the mechanism it's supposed to operate on (PPAR).

Cheers!

This isn't part of my diet, is it?
There's nothing wrong with having a cream puff, once a week. Over the years I've slowly replaced all those bad treats with fruit. Once you train yourself not to crave stuff like ice cream and cookies the weight will start falling off like you won't believe until you hit your ideal weight. My two obstacles when I was getting back in shape was the pre bedtime sweets and and the salty afternoon snacks. Once you conquer those craving you'll be good to go.

Dropped a good amount of weight in the last week. Probably ~10 lbs.

I'm on the super healthy only water diet because I can't swallow food. Tonsillectomy. At least the belly is looking slimmer than it has for a long time. lol

Got some rather startling test results back on my cholesterol and triglycerides this week. Hence I am now on a low dose of Lipitor to reduce things. My good cholesterol is great, but my bad is bad and my triglycerides skyrocketed for some reason this past year. I have been exercising tremendously and eating well, at least I thought. I am definitely really watching my food now and also cutting my alcohol back. I love craft beers so this is difficult.......
