Damn, for some of those exercises you almost need to have the grace of a ballerina. It's going to take some time and practice just to coordinate my body to some of those moves.Apache;1991153; said:While I love to go to the gym,it is a respite from everything going on, there are points in life where you get too busy. You can do a number of these even when you travel. Check out the body weight exercises. You can do pullups, hindu push-ups and squats, dips, and an assortment of these types. Throw in a balance ball to change it up and increase the difficulty and you can do a complete workout. I am getting a bit older, well bit is interpretive, and I have found that doing these two or three times a week has made me stronger and somewhat more flexible. Throw in some cardio like swimming and/or eliptical (can't jog now-6 knee surgeries) and you have a pretty healthy workout. I am investigating yoga as well to calm the insanity lurking inside---LOL) I still love the gym to get away from the clan but this is good too. There is a site for the entire bodyweight series.
