ok, question for you guys, I feel like i'm somewhat health savvy, i've taken a few nutrition/health type classes for my major (sports mgmt)
I wanna know if my routine at the gym is actually helping or not....basically i'm going 5-7 days a week (depending on what i'm doing, if nothing, it's gym, if playing tennis, i don't go)..
Normal Routine (3 days a week):
10 min warm up by walking on treadmil at about 3.2-3.3 mph
Stretch for about a minute (mainly just my calfs since they cramp easily)
Upperbody workout for about 20-30 minutes
Cardio for 20 min (either treadmil run/jog i'll vary the speed between 3.8-5 mph, or Elliptical )
Secondary Routine (2 days a week)
Same as normal but lowerbody for 15-25 minutes...I don't do lowerbody as much because i'll my fat is in upperbody, i'm actually decently ripped in the lower body
Other day or 2:
Warmup 10 minutes by walking
Cardio for 30 minutes
