Horribe way for it to end, but it simpy had to. I just hope that cooler heads prevail in Happy(?) Valley, and that nobody gets hurt in what could be a rather nasty situation.

I'm not gonna trash on Joe-Pa here, because in his gut, he knows. I only hope that during the holidays (since he'll obviously be home for them) he's able to look at those 17 grandchildren of his, imagine the horror of them going through what those numerous boys went through under his tenure, and realize what a grave mistake he made-if he hasn't already.

First, I can't believe that Mike McQueary is still coaching.

But second, can't BTN truck people into the studio and just attempt to cover the news live? I don't care if they don't have the resources and would make it look like a second-rate broadcast.

It would make BTN look better than replaying a Northwestern game.

Well look at it this way; he was all about leaving a legacy and being #1 all time. Mission accomplished. NO ONE is ever going to be able to top this.

Paterno's crash and burn is the Cy Young 700 wins of college football coaching disgrace.
