The portion of the report that references the 1998 investigation is the most damning. It really doesn't matter what words McQueary used when he talked to them in 2001; they knew what he was talking about.
They knew in 1998.
They knew it was still going on in 2001.
They testified before a Grand Jury about it in March 2011.
Sandusky retained full access to facilities until November 2011.
Just the facts. And if you still have any inclination to defend Paterno with those FACTS, kill yourself now.
