My Michigan fan roommate is telling me that he's been reading ( on Michigan sites I presume) that they are in good standing with Thad and are also expecting him to commit anytime now. It sounds like they are as hopeful as Buckeye fans are right now.
Is it possible that even if Thad does pass our admissions, he may be shying away given our recent LB depth of this class? Not saying that's what I think, just food for thought.

michigan "insiders" are horrendous at spinning recruiting updates, whether that be articles or posts on their board. I wouldn't worry about their spin in this case. He will be a buckeye if he has the grades.

Though JT's track record of closing in the prospects home is great I would not give scant props to Carr and his ability to recruit. He does end up with top 10 recruiting classes year in and out, that speaks to having good person to person skills.

I think he just brainwashes them instead. Hey, you've got to when you're the coach of the scum of college football. :scum4:

From Michigan site.........Interview with Gibson's father, Michigan, Ohio State and Tennessee are his final three. Mr. Gibson says that two schools are actually tied at this point, does not elaborate. Decision will be made early next week. There will be a PC.

its funny how quickly people forget that Thad said, he there was a 65-70% chance to commit to ohio state, and tennesee was 2nd on the list.

that number could only increase after a trip to columbus.
