Bryant set to announce on Tuesday
Last week defensive back Christian Bryant (Cleveland/Glenville) said he was not sure if he would announce his college choice on Jan. 26 as he had previously said he planned to do.

However, on Sunday, Bryant said he will indeed make the announcement on Tuesday as scheduled.

Bryant was visited on Sunday afternoon by North Carolina coach Butch Davis and the Tar Heels' secondary coach. This afternoon Ohio State coach Jim Tressel and Buckeye defensive backs coach Taver Johnson are scheduled to visit with Bryant.

It is then time for the star defensive back to announce his decision.

"I'm announcing on Tuesday at 3:00 pm at Glenville," Bryant said. "I'm having a press conference."

Bryant made official visits to Ohio State, North Carolina and Michigan State, but the Spartans are no longer in the running.
