Another excellent game from Mr. White. Equally effective against the run and in coverage. Move should have happened earlier but I'm done bitching about it. He's the guy back there now and I'll enjoy it.
Or, just maybe, Grinch was telling the truth about Brendon having his best week of practice a couple weeks ago and they gave him a shot. I’m not sure why fans are running with the “they should’ve played him earlier” narrative. Before him, it was Shaun Wade that everybody was clamoring for.
It’s completely plausible that Brendon is just now settling into his spot at safety. Do remember he’s played two or three other positions since he’s been here.
Just let young players grow up.
This isn't a championship caliber team YET. But if we continue to improve and beat TTUN and then NW convincingly in the Championship game, with a little luck we might make the playoffs and then who knows?? Here's hopingYea I wont be sad if we miss out but if we win out who knows...
This isnt a championship caliber team but I suppose you can't win it if you aren't in the game.
That's where I'm at... if the defense can play as well as last week then we have a shot to maybe make a move. This isn't a championship caliber team YET. They should be happy this year, then. When I went [to the BigTen championship game] last year, the Wiscy fans all seemed bored from going 20 years in a row...
I don't think anyone will notice or care if we beat Northwestern, even if it's 70-0.
They lost to Akron and Duke.
This is one year where I just can't see the CCG doing us any favors. It's a trap game, at best.
I just hope we do beat Michigan and get the chance to visit Indy again. When I went last year, the Wiscy fans all seemed bored from going 20 years in a row and predictably losing.
