The Massachusetts Pirates have signed linebackers Calvin Bundage and Brendon White for the upcoming season. Both played collegiately for Power Five conference teams, where all conference selections and signed contracts with National Football League teams as undrafted free agents.

White, who hails from Powell, OH, went to camp with the New York Jets in 2021 as an undrafted free agent. The 6'2", 225 lb. linebacker began his college career at Ohio State and played his final year of college ball at Rutgers.
A four-star high school recruit, White played for the Buckeyes from 2017 through 2019. His finest season was his sophomore year when he played in ten games, (starting five) made a career-high 46 tackles along with four tackles for loss, an interception and two pass breakups. White was named 2019 Rose Bowl Defensive Most Valuable Player making eight tackles, with two for a loss and an interception on a two-point conversion in win over No. 9 Washington.
White was an all-Big Ten honorable mention selection in 2020 after transferring from Ohio State to Rutgers. Between the two schools he played in a total of 34 games while starting 11. White recorded 105 tackles, two interceptions and a sack.
