An agent actually working with an insured? It'll be up to the underwriter who will send your rates through the roof or most likely drop you altogether. Your best hope is that you have a spotless driving and claims history, write all of your coverages with that agency and that particular company, and those policies generating a very healthy premium for the company. Eh, but my best guess is if you're with a reputable company, you're probably history.

There is nothing on my driving record in the last 5 years until the OMVI. I'll let you know how it turns out when they actually find out.

SIMV no I haven't got my car back yet. I'm leaving work here in about an hour to go pick it up.

Uhh, think again douchebag, I posted it in a thread you started about your driving record and you used the pic for awhile as your avatar.

Okay retard... maybe you need to go back and re-read my post. I said that I used that as my sig line at BN. That was WAY before I came over here. If you notice... the thread you referenced was created in 2005. My DUI was in 2004. If I weren't banned from BN, and threads didn't dissapear so easily I would prove it to you. Try again Corky.

Man, I feel like I'm going to have to post my card here for anyone that needs representation on an OVI.

Of course, if anyone here wants true legal advice for OVIs, it goes like this from worst to best advice:

- Don't take the breathalyzer (or do take it, depending on your situation). Actually, they're passing a law to make it illegal to refuse, so take it. Ahh, just listen to the next two.

- If you do have drinks and drive, follow all traffic laws to a T. Make sure your lights are working, use your signal to change lanes, and come to a complete stop at all stop signs, even the ones you usually roll.

- Best and Really the Only Safe Advice... Don't drive if you drink anything with alcohol. If an officer smells alcohol on your breath, you're screwed. Then they make up things like bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, failed sobriety tests (which are impossible anyway). Then the only way you can get out of it is to pass the BAC - which is a crapshoot if you've had 3 or more. Also, if I'm correct, it's dangerous as hell to drive after a drink. So ... don't drink and drive.
