Well thankfully you did not hurt any innocent people. The biggest part that sucks with a DUI is not the cost and stuff it is the after effects when you apply for a job when you have to put it on your application, when they do background checks, etc.

It is cool to joke about it and stuff but it will bite you in the ass in the future when you least expect it.

I agree, I like scarletandgrey as a poster but didn't understand getting on here to tout a DUI. We don't need him to tell us that story to prove that DUI's are bad.

I guess why it bothers me so much is b/c my grandma who was about 75 at the time was going to church on a Sunday morning driving up High St. and got hit head on by a drunk driver going about 45-50 mph.

To see how banged up she was and the fact that her car got totalled REALLY pissed me off.
