Cherry Grove Kroger in Anderson (Cincinnati) is rationing Milk, Eggs, bread and water (both gallons and bottle water packs).

Other than that, I had everything I needed, plenty of frozen stuff, lots a good canned soups, and a stocked deli.

The water thing amazes me. Tap water is perfectly fine just about everywhere (sorry Flint)

So, I just went into a Mexican Fresh Market in a working class latino neighborhood, and their shelves were stocked full, even the toilet paper (off brand label that I didn't recognize) was plentiful, yet the supply chains at (Kroger owned) Mariano's and Trader Joes have utterly failed.

Walked by a dollar store and it seemed pretty well stocked. Either working class or poorer folks don't have enough money to hoard or they're not as anxiety ridden as the average soccer Mom, or both.

Welp

In San Francisco Bay Area, compliance with ‘shelter in place’ order is uneven

Even in SF people are resisting the internment ""shelter in place" order. Good fucking luck in NYC.

Ball is in the governments court.

Honestly, I don't think the government is likely to try to enforce much. If the orders keep a good chunk of people home, they're helping a lot.

Here the biggest chain (which is awesome btw) HEB is limiting the store to basically 20 people at a time from 8 to 8... and there are lines around the block...

After visiting my local Giant Eagle that's probably not a bad idea. Fucking people want to get right in your face and make small talk. I'm not much for that anyway and I damn sure don't want it now. Saw a couple of other knuckleheads shaking hands...can't imagine why this shit is spreading. :roll1:

They don't WASH their hands. Want to know why Italy and France are getting pummeled? Because only 57% of Italians wash their hands after using the toilet. Only 60% of French wash their hands after using the toilet.

Yesterday I registered my boat at a local mom and pop outdoors store. I always try to buy something when I go in there, because it's a small business and the state probably doesn't make it worth their while.

They were wiped out of ammo aside from oddball stuff. I grabbed the last box of .22 for plinking. Guess folks are panic buying more than just food.
