Costco in Plain City (dublin) wasn't very busy mid day yesterday. Missing the obvious stuff (TP, kleenex, rice, frozen chicken), but they had plenty of:

Canned Chicken
Canned Tuna
Mayo
Birch Bender's Pancakes :yow2: (so good)
Cereal
Oatmeal
Frozen Fruit (no veggies)
Snack foods of all kinds (both junk and healthier)

Cherry Grove Kroger in Anderson (Cincinnati) is rationing Milk, Eggs, bread and water (both gallons and bottle water packs).

Other than that, I had everything I needed, plenty of frozen stuff, lots a good canned soups, and a stocked deli.

Here the biggest chain (which is awesome btw) HEB is limiting the store to basically 20 people at a time from 8 to 8... and there are lines around the block...

Wait just a minute, have you always been in our state? I assumed you were just likable as an antidote to Gatorness.

The lovely and talented Mrs. Woof is a native of Cincinnati.
While dating, we did the long distance thing for awhile before eventually reaching the "fish or cut bait" stage. I've been here since 2012.

Don't see alot of Dawg fans up here, but when I do, its hilarious because they usually go out of their way to "woof" at me or shout out a "Go Dawgs!"
We all miss home a little bit, especially in the fall.

So, I just went into a Mexican Fresh Market in a working class latino neighborhood, and their shelves were stocked full, even the toilet paper (off brand label that I didn't recognize) was plentiful, yet the supply chains at (Kroger owned) Mariano's and Trader Joes have utterly failed.

Or the more that I think about it, it's being held back in the expectation of some form of government sanctioned rationing. Think about it. If your local Kroger runs out of toilet paper or dried pasta, they don't call up the toilet paper or pasta company to manufacture a new batch. The stuff is there. It's in the supermarket companies' regional distribution centers and in the manufacturers' warehouses. The panic buying started on Thursday morning, and they still haven't restocked by Tuesday afternoon. Either our corporate supply chain and logistics management is grotesquely incompetent, or there are other factors at work behind the scenes. Care to comment, @Steve19 ?
