Pretty hard to reach herd immunity when only 1% of the population has had a "confirmed" case over the course of four months. Faux-see also said a coronavirus vaccine that is between 70% and 75% effective is needed to reach herd immunity. Problem is that no vaccine for any coronavirus has ever made made yet...SARS came out in 2002 and MERS in 2012. At the current infection rate of less than a million a month with mask wearing and social distancing, we'll reach herd immunity in 215 months (just under 18 years). But hey, keep washing those hands.

Posting actual facts about what's really going on is not "hiding behind charts", not "vomiting propaganda"...it's called fucking reality.

From my own experience, here's a few facts about the Covid that I can vouch for.

1. It does seem to start with a fever, albeit short lived for my son and I. He spiked at 100.5 and I spiked at 100.1. That only lasted a day.
2. The "common cold" or allergy symptoms are real. My main affliction has been a stuffy nose. My son's main issue has been a persistent cough.
3. Yep, the diarrhea is real. I haven't had a solid bowel movement since last Thursday.
4. The feeling of fatigue is probably the worst. It basically feels like I have a mild hangover all day long.
5. And the loss of smell and taste totally sucks. Had grilled blackened chicken fajitas for dinner and may as well been eating a McDonald's cheeseburger.

Any of you out there that get a fever, even a low grade fever, I would get tested immediately. We've been lucky so far, my wife and daughter go in on Friday to get tested.
