Yep - and yet if this story is confirmed the punishment issued will greatly exceed anything that Mario underwent. Seems unfair, but two wrongs don't make a right.

I know you are joking but some kind of hard-nosed approach in addition to taking away playing time might be better for those who are redeemable.

Which is really why taking a firm line on playing time or scholarship is the be all and end all - unlike what happens elsewhere, with [sarcasm]"cleaner"[/sarcasm] reputations.

Three in title were not in uniform, running off in the far endzone, away from the media.

Can't imagine what JL, Jenkins, Freeman, and Boone might have to say to these guys if the rumors are true. Talk about putting your team first.

I know we just need to wait this out. But I can't help but ask...any chance this is one of those unspecified team violations and not necessarily a drug test?
