Microcenter's employees are probably the worst I've ever encountered. I went in there to get an S-Video cable/audio jack to do the whole play a video on the computer on your tv deal. At the time I didn't know the name of the equipment and explained to the guy what I wanted to do. He told me that the technology do that hadn't been invented yet and tried to sell me a dvd burner.
