The new TV deal is kind of a gut punch to Crew supporters (in Ohio) who do not subscribe to Time Warner (even though Comcast is in the process of acquiring TW).

I'm jealous of the level of coverage that other teams around the league have in comparison to the Crew. This is a definite step backward.
I'm not so sure any rookies will really emerge and blow people away like Wil Trapp did last year for the Crew. But one name to keep an eye on will be Kingsley Baiden.I live in Cleveland and am a fan of soccer so figured I should get more in-depth on a certain team to follow....I used to follow lightly Portland last year because of their manager and Seattle a bit. Can someone tell me what rookies are expected to make an impact?
This is a horrible deal for the fans and the Crew. Thankfully (in this instance only) I have TWC so I can watch. But I'd be livid, as many are, if I had direct TV or uverse, etc. Really takes the shine off of what was looking like a promising season. That said, I'll still be there March 22nd.
