Columbus Blue Jackets (Official Thread)

Haven't been able to watch too many games all year, but that was painful to watch last night... Out to a 4-1 and 5-2 lead and give up the winner w/ 8 seconds left?

I hope they don't do this on New Year's Eve. I've got tickets that night

We used to love going to the New Years Eve games. Not anymore. Haven't in a few years. It's just not worth all the money you have to spend to watch a completely shoddy product.

This team is worthless.

I'm one of those people who doesn't go out on New Year's and get crazy so its kind of a fun thing to look forward to. Get down there, enjoy the game, get out, catch the end of the Chick-Fil-A Bowl, see Dick Clark make his cameo and then hit the hay for the bowl games the next day. Not a bad little weekend.

Last couple of times I've seen them play they've come away with victories. So yeah, I'll say enjoy the game.

I guess though that this team is as bad as some of those Saints teams in the 80's where people wore bags on their heads to the Superdome. Hope that isn't happening in Nationwide

I think it would be perfectly appropriate to bag up. Columbus fans have been hugely supportive of the Blue Jackets in a way that many predicted wouldn't happen. What have they received for their support? A steaming Mark May sandwich for an entire decade.

Show CBJ ownership that you're not going to take it anymore.

It's gotten so bad even people like me aren't randomly going to games anymore.

Same. I usually went to 10-15 games per season. I went to the home opener and I got tickets for Christmas to a game on the 13th, but other than that, I have no plans on going until they fucking make a change that shows they want to win. They have literally done nothing. With the money they've spent and the talent they've acquired, they're this bad and THEY'VE DONE FUCKING NOTHING?!?!

Pretty much. I went to one game so far this year (they actually won against Anaheim), but beyond that I have tickets for the 19th and maybe one game in February, but not one of these are games I couldn't live without seeing.
