I wasn't really talking about Hank and Dats but both of them can frustrate the hell out of people by floating around the perimeter at times....I was thinking more about Hudler, Abdelkader (but he's getting more aggressive as he plays more) and Flip and Franzen. Franzen is a beast but he won't get physical unless he has too....

Nash was on the ball all damn night but his team mates were so not a threat that the Rags were throwing 3 guys at him every time he touched the puck.

Let's see here....

I saw quite a few defensive holes but the Rags didn't have the horses to take advantage of them. Kris Russell has good wheels but good God he's blind as a bat on the ice at times. there were quite a few times that the Rags came down the left hand boards from us and they would run a sprinter down the right hand side and Russell wouldn't see the guy until he was at the net essentially. If they had gotten the pass off it would have been interesting.

Mason had a tough night but it didn't really show up on the scoreboard. The puck seemed to be bouncing on him all over the place.

I got to see a couple Rags fans get tossed out of the building for being assholes. More on that tomorrow.

the final nash goal was a great goal. people are talking about the finish, which was nice. but he went three lines, at one point the rangers blueliner had 1-2 strides on him, that disappeared in a blur, nash controlled the puck and continued on down the ice. the power and length of his stride is at times jawdropping...
