I have to say I never thought I'd see the day when COlumbus might be able to sweep 6 points from a Californioa road trip. Amazing. It's like they are slowly becoming relevant now, like no one wants to see them coming and people are starting to pay attention to who they are playing and what they are doing. The Browns and the Blue Jackets becoming relevant in the same yerar? Could it be?

What the hell has gotten into these guys? Get skated off the ice last Friday then head west and get a road sweep of the Cali teams for the first time ever.

Even at 5th, the Jackets have a game in hand on StL (1 pt ahead) and LA (2 points ahead) and 2 games in hand on Colorado (1 pt ahead)...so really, a win in that game puts them in a tie for 2nd.

The CBJ have been a blast to watch so far.

However, things will get REALLY interesting Friday and Sunday. If they play tough and lose, split and certainly if they take both from the Wings, it's on. If they get blown off the ice I wonder if that might burst the bubble a bit....

I could easily see them splitting the two against the Wings.

They truly do look they've started to click. I like the plays they have drawn up for Voracek since it's usually Nash dishing him the puck and anytime Nash gets around the goal it always draws another defender. This team is really fun to watch.
