That might have been the best non-playoff 0-0 game in a LONG time.
that said, when it's 4 on 4 in OT and you really need two points someone has to stay back (tyutin) incase of a turnover.

That was a great game. Mason was ON. He deserved a win. If he had played average tonight, we might have lost by five. Jackets had their chances as well. The offense just wasn't on. Defensively I thought we were in solid position most of the time, but when there was a lapse it was a big lapse.
Kind of sucks that I had to give a play-by-play to the dude beside me. Every whistle.. "what happened?" Maybe if you'd fucking watch, you'd know. My section was apparently a big social get-together. I swear, this motherfucker beside me got up 15 times. Maybe more. I've never been so distracted at a game.

no game is a "must win" at this point for columbus... "must wins" are elmination only games.
i was surprised on the one deflected by peca. mason does not like stick deflections hed rather have it through clean, now he is all for blocking shots with the body. that is why you typically see few stick blocked shots from columbus this year.
