Talked to Bret Bielema and he said he's not going to Nebraska and that he's all Hog.

You don't say...

Agree with the general article, but in typical Rittenberg fashion...
"Both have gone far too long without competing for conference championships"

Nebraska competed for conference championships in 2012, 2010, and 2009.
Amateur bloggers have more of a clue than the incompetent journalists hired to cover this conference at espn.

To be fair you can't really call 2012 competing

According to footballscoop.com Nebraska was probably only targeting one guy initially...and it sounds like that guy was Bielema who told them to take a hike. Moving on here are the targets that make sense to me:

Scott Frost
Craig Bohl (if he can forgive them for sending him packing 11 years ago)
Justin Fuente
Joe Moglia (have you read this guy's story? I have only because my wife and brother went to Coastal Carolina...very interesting)
And to a lesser extent Paul Chryst

To me if it isn't going to be Frost, then the home run hire would be Kyle Whittingham.

But you ask some Nebraska people and they think they are going after Mack Brown, Mark Richt and Dan Mullen. Folks, that ain't happening. And cross Gary Patterson off your list as well.
