I wonder if Kelly would’ve gotten the LSU gig if Toledo’s QB would have taken a knee at the 2-yard line with about 90 seconds left, where three more knees would have allowed Toledo to kick a game-winning FG from extra-point range as the clock hit zero, with Brian Kelly being completely unable to stop it unless they blocked the chip shot FG.

Has anyone factored in the early singing period for these hires? I think it's Dec 15. BK seems like a dick who doesn't care. Not sure about Fickell. Plus, he is going to pass up coaching in the playoffs? Unless ND waits, I don't see him being the hire. Aranda or Fitzgerald would be my guesses.

Freeman is probably the next ND HC, and I can see them giving him the interim tag to get them through the bowl game. Go hard after Fickell and Meyer after the season, and Freeman can get the job if both decline

With ND's "standing" I can't see them going after Meyer after first dildos and now Co-ed gate. Fickell though I could see them going hard after and getting

Pretty much this. I think our guy Fickell is destined to ND and the Freeman dream dies (again). He is going to make them so tough on the field and recruiting trail.

Dislike. Not good when these midwest powers have success.

I watched that game and was screaming when the Rockets scored. I knew it gave ND too much time to go down the field for a game winner.
