Coaching changes: coaches hired and fired, comings and goings

Seeing that “tOSU ties” may be Fick.
Fick would be a home run for BC. And it might be a great fit for him too. Catholic school in a great city with a history of pretty decent success, reasonable expectations, and pulling Cincy Catholic kids in a mostly manageable P5 conference. If he can get a little less conservative offensively and hire a young QB guru, he could do very well there and maybe end up at ND in a few years.

Would love Fick to go to BC and have success. I don't want him to become the next torn in our side at MSU.

USF parts ways with Charlie Strong after three seasons

The Charlie Strong era at USF began so well but it’s unravelling has led to a necessary end.

On Sunday the school confirmed numerous reports that the Bulls have parted ways with their head coach after three seasons.

“I would like to thank Coach Strong and his staff for their hard work and contributions to our program,” AD Michael Kelly said in a statement. “I have tremendous respect for Coach Strong and his dedication to recruiting and developing young men of talent and character and leading them with integrity. He has represented USF with dignity and class and we wish Coach and his family the very best.
