Laugh all you want, but I have heard through good sources that LSU has narrowed it down to Meyer or Belichick.

Maybe these programs should go the Houston route and hire a [Mark May]-hot coordinator who hasn't been a head coach yet, instead of shuffling around the same old head coaches like the NFL does...

I didn't mean picking up a fired coach - I meant trying to poach a coach, i.e., Herman, Jimbo, Petrino, Dantonio, etc.

I think it's smart of LSU to look at second-tier coaches. They can't realistically afford Ferentz.

I can't believe he's still coaching at the college level. My suggested guys are just erratically entertaining semi-decent coaches. Tepper might be the worst coach of all time.
