LSU is hiring Wisconsin defensive coordinator Dave Aranda to the same position, according to a source. Aranda replaces Kevin Steele, who left for the DC job at Auburn.

Adam Rittenberg (ESPN) reporting this. Surprising as Aranda is not an "SEC guy". Rumor was he was a potential hire for USC.

Yeah but Wisconsin's problem is Houton has shown they are willing to pay to keep people.

Also has Oregon fired someone probably their DC yet? How did they make it through the press conference without firing anyone?

Oregon had just promoted their WR coach to OC so they really could not fire him the day after they promoted him. Now the other side of the ball you might have a point but if I would be firing anyone at Oregon it would be the backup center :gagnam:
